Friday 15th Jan
Another day in the game park trying to look for a pride of lions and rhino's which were the only 2 out of the big 5 we were looking for . Unfortunately we didn't spot any however saw lots of other animals
Jan and Amanda left us to our own devices mid morning so spent a couple of hours driving around before heading back to camp for lunch and a couple of hours downtime.
On the way home we went past a very nice camp ground called Fig Trees so decided to head there in the afternoon for a couple of beers.
After a couple of beers we ventured back across the bridge with Joey waiting at the gates whilst I got back to the car to ensue there are no lions on the way( you are not allowed out of the cars whilst you are in the park). Safe to say no super payout for her yet!
Our Massai warrior had arranged for them to do a Massai dance tonight so we enjoyed a few drinks and snacks prepared by Amanda pre the dance .Jean Marc who was our camp ground guard came around to make sure we were prepared for the evenings entrainment .
To get us ready for the event he first make a call to get his partner ready
Jean Marc got Jan involved with their jumping ritual and as you can see I think the Tusker beer helped him out get that extra metre
Just before dusk they both arrived to show case their marvoulous dancing skills and got all the squad involved in their dancing and jumping
